COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Square D ATV58HD23N4XZU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Volkman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the VT130H3U2220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZM702USFJC4P133 manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75030G12 by Manufacturer Volkman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand ATV58HD12M2Z in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trane such as TR12811PT4B20SER0DBF00A00C0 equipment made by Trane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trane" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VED20021DA2 made by Volkman as well as the popular 53515037J original spares produced by Warner-Swasey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H7U4400B by Toshiba and TR12811PT4B20SER0DBF00A00C0 spares by Trane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A5104075C3U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
